Christmas Week Menu:

Mon:  Sherpard's Pie (made with leftover beef stew)
.. so we ate the leftover beef stew in cool afternoon following a wonderful church service. Soup and naps - how nice.

So to start over:
Mon: Red Curried Tofu and Veggies with Brown Rice.
      (everything made ahead except rice)
Tues:  Winter kale salad (mandarin oranges, pear, dried cranberies, walnuts)
             Butternut Squash Soup
